| We only use express post bags, so we have a tracking number, and you receive your items faster. When choosing postage please remember that larger items would need to be sent in a large satchel, whilst all jewellery items will be sent via the smaller satchel.
Direct deposit into our bank account is the preferred method of payment, and banking details will be displayed by choosing check/money order as your payment method. Paypal is also available, which offers customer protection.
For Western Australian customers living within 20kms radius of Subiaco, cash on delivery can be arranged. Please choose COD at checkout and we will contact you to arrange a convenient time for both parties. COD can also be chosen if you wish to collect your order from our shop personally.
We try and keep our eshop current at all times, but if for any reason an item is unavailable, we will contact you and request your advice as to whether you wish to have us order in the item for you, wish to purchase another item or require a refund for the item.
Due to the quick movement of our stock, especially our bags, we have added a new category titled 'Out of stock available for order'. Once an item is sold we will move the item into this category until we re-order. Should you wish to purchase an item that is in this category, please email us and we will advise if it is presently on order or if we are in the process of placing an order, to which we can add your item. If an order is only just being placed by ourselves, the item should be to you within 10 to 14 days.
If you like an item but would maybe like it in a different colour, email us and we can advise you of the colours available.
